Position 1: 5 Tool Project R&D Engineers
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or the development of 3C or mold cutting tools projects;
2. Good communication and cooperation skills, strong service awareness;
3. Proficient in 2D, and 3D drawing and design software, proficient in office software such as PPT;
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing customer tool product projects;
2. Will lead the design team to complete the introduction of new products;
3. Understand customer needs and optimize tool design solutions;
4. Development process formulation and standardization of production standards;
5. Follow up on the feedback of development project issues and analyze the causes of knife problems, and optimize and improve them;
6. Provide on-site guidance on tool usage, optimize tool parameters, and improve customer efficiency.
Position 2: 2 Electrical Engineers
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in electrical control or mechatronics related to automation or power electronics;
2. Having five years or more of relevant work experience in the PLC industry, familiar with PLC product selection, PLC programming, circuit design, and familiar with the use of commonly used instruments and meters; Familiar with the selection and programming of PLC, frequency converter, soft starter, touch screen, and configuration software;
3. Proficient in programming and design of PLC brands such as Mitsubishi and Siemens, proficient in drawing, and familiar with the use of software (priority given to those who can program on the upper computer);
4. Capable of independently designing and installing all electrical components and electrical layouts for automation equipment, and responsible for producing standard work instructions;
5. Has strong innovation ability, independent work ability and team spirit;
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist in completing the production of machine tool equipment renovation projects;
2. Maintain and update the electrical system of existing CNC equipment;
3. According to actual needs, provide technical guidance on the production line or go to the application site for debugging;
4. Be able to understand electrical fault alarm information, analyze it accordingly, eliminate problem points, and solve faults;
5. Assist mechanical design engineers in component selection, component testing, prototype assembly and testing, etc.
Position 3: 2 Mechanical Design Engineers
Job requirements:
1. Mechanical design automation related majors with over 5 years of work experience;
2. More than 5 years of experience in designing and transforming non-standard automation equipment;
3. Proficient in the working principles of mechanical structures, familiar with the principles and basic processes of automation control;
4. Can understand mechanical and electrical installation drawings, and provide technical guidance for the installation and debugging process;
5. Proficient in using 2D/3D drawing and design software, possessing certain skills in fitters and the ability to install and debug machine tools;
6. Good language expression and communication coordination skills, diligent and down-to-earth in work, enterprising, with a strong sense of teamwork, and hardworking.
Job responsibilities:
1. Transforming existing ordinary equipment into fully automated equipment that meets production needs based on functional effects;
2. Independently designed equipment renovation drawings, and the design is reasonable and effective; Create a parts procurement BOM and submit it to relevant departments for approval;
