Recently, our company has introduced another batch of Anka CNC grinding
machine equipment, adding a new journey to the company's production and
construction.Five axis CNC grinding machine settled in

mechanical equipment is the fundamental condition for producing
high-quality products and a necessary way to improve production capacity
and product quality.
The five axis CNC grinding machine FX5 introduced this time has
upgraded the spindle dual grinding wheel set from 9.5kW to 12kW, with
strong performance and can better support the production of 10mm
diameter tools. It can also grind 12mm tools through two separate
grinding methods.
The new high-power 19kW spindle option can complete the grinding of a
12mm end mill at 40% spindle load in one go, which can increase
production by 15.8% through "one-time efficient grinding".
As the batch size increases, the automatic sharpening function of the
FX5 grinding wheel will help to increase production by frequently
sharpening the grinding wheel.
The introduction of new equipment will serve as an extension and
supplement to existing production equipment, meet diversified production
needs, and further achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 
Installation and debugging of five axis CNC grinding machine
At present, this batch of new equipment has been installed, tested, and fully put into use, and is maintaining stable operation. This measure has significantly improved the manufacturing capacity of the production workshop, greatly shortened the product supporting service cycle, and better met the delivery needs of customers.

modernization level, and intelligent manufacturing, as a new generation
of production method, is the necessary path for enterprises to build new
